A letter of invitation from the company or partners to be visited in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The letter must be on company letterhead and signed by a representative of the company, and should include the applicant’s name and the name, address, and telephone number for a contact person at the overseas company.

The Embassy forwards all information to the MFA and will not be able to provide processing time estimates.
Tourist travelers must also include: A letter of invitation from a tourist agency or private host in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
If you have already picked up your passport but did not receive a Consular Card, please let us know and we will issue your first Consular Card “Carte Consulaire.” Provide a copy of your old passport.
If your passport was lost or stolen, please provide a written police report.
Requirements Application requirements for the passport and consular card are as follows: Set up an appointment at the Embassy to fill out an application, and have your fingerprints and picture taken.

Visitors must have ready for presentation at the embassy documentary evidence of the purpose of the visit, means of support for the duration of the stay and accommodation arrangements.
